What is the Fortune Sacco Link Visa Card?
It is a Visa-powered debit card that allows members to withdraw cash, check balances, and access funds locally and internationally through Visa supported ATMs. You can use your card at all Visa-enabled ATMs across Kenya, and millions of ATMs worldwide, giving you global access to your money.
What transactions can I perform using the card?
The Card allows you to withdraw cash, monitor your balance, access mini statements, update your PIN, and transact across interbank ATMs, offering the power and convenience of a branch wherever you go.
Standard ATM and interbank transaction charges apply. Fortune Sacco maintains transparent and competitive fees, available on our tariff card or at the branches.
How do I apply for the Card?
Simply visit any Fortune Sacco branch or request one through customer support on 0111 054 300. Once approved, your card will be issued and activated for use. You must be an active Fortune Sacco member with a valid account to apply for the Visa Card.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Immediately contact our Call Centre or visit the nearest branch so your card can be blocked to prevent unauthorized transactions. It is however important to know that the card is secured with Visa’s global security standards, encrypted transactions, PIN protection, and fraud monitoring systems to keep your money safe.
